What does this dream mean?

Ok so last night i was sleeping and i dreamed that i was with my future boyfriend we were at his house and he proposed to me then his dad sprayed him with special water that smelled like fish. When he was sprayed he had an allergic reaction and i saved him with my epi-pen. I had it cause I am allergic to peanuts. It was such a weird dream and i was wondering if it meant anything
