I've been sentence to 15 days in jail here in Maine, but I have agoraphobia and don't know if I can handle it.?

I can turn myself in whenever, but soon there will be a warrant out if I don't go. I have been diagnosed with panic and anxiety, and agoraphobia. I am being treated with medication. My specific agoraphobia symptoms is that I always need an escape, need a comfort zone always available (my bedroom.) I have difficulty even riding in a car when someone else is driving... I don't think I can handle this. It is Penobscot County Jail fyi. Any help?
