How to get balance on stunts?

I started high school cheerleading and I am now in summer camp. I started on freshmen team because I haven't cheered in 3 years. So I am still good at stunting and with the varsity girls I can do a scorpion. But with the freshmen girls who are less experienced I can't even go to a solid full. What should I do? Please I need help on how to make it easier for my team mates and what exercise I should do to be a stronger flyer and how to keep balance on unsteady bases and backspots!?
