Dog getting bit by a scorpion?

I think my dog just got bit and by a scorpion on the nose. I'm pretty sure he killed it too. It's too late to take him to a vet and he seems okay but I'm worried. Will he be alright? What should I watch for? Btw he's a bigger dog, about 75 pounds.
