Childbirth questions?

I have an EXTREMELY low pain tolerance. I'm talking getting queasy when I've gotten shots in the past or freaking out when donating blood. Just the thought of pain makes me insane! Me and my husband recently decided we want kids though, and I really don't know if i could ever handle the pain! With an epidural, do you think i'd be able to withstand the pain? Does an epidural take care of most of the worst pains? Is it bearable? I'm just terrified but I've always wanted to have a family of my own. I know that no matter what pain it will be worth it but I don't want to go into childbirth fearful. Does it hurt that bad? With an epi?
