How do i improve my back Flexibility ?

I am 12 and I just started dance , in the fall I am going to take jazz tap, ballet and hip hop I know that sounds like a lot but it's all in one class, all but hip hop . I can do a bridge by pushing from the ground but not a back bend or scorpions or more. How do I improve it. Answers?
