Being Induced Tues @ 1 am... start pitocin & wont get epi till 7am. What2expect?

I am 16 and this is my first and Im so nervous! I have panic attacks easily... Very scared. Im nervous that if they start pit. at 1 am and I cannot have my epi & water broke till 7 am I will be in unbearable pain from 1 to 7! What to expect?
