Can I get an epi pen if I take blood pressure meds and have a under active thyroid?

I have a severe allergies too bee stings and 2 years ago I had gotten stung at my sisters baby shower I was in the hospital for 8 days the nurse told me I should get an epi pen but I never did or even bothered asking my doctor but I almost had a close call yesterday and no one was home I don't want too have another mishap I was stung by a yellow jacket and I instantly got rapid heart rate,dizzy,nausea and almost passed out I really had no trouble breathing I've always been allergic but nothing to serious in till that year! Can I get an epi pen if I'm on blood pressure meds and I'm also on meds for under active thyroid?
