do you think doing the scorpion pose regularly would give me a well fit figure? I mean im already a vegetarian, and I managed to accomplish the scorpion pose on my 3rd or 4th try, lol. this pose was actually the only challenging pose i found to do but it felt way more effective than pretty much all of the other poses ive tried. before i master this pose , any other poses that pretty much scuplts the whole body??
