What can I use 4 the pain??!!?

I was induced on the 1st of June at 38 weeks bc they said that my baby wasnt growing anymore possibly bc of the placenta and had her weighing 5lbs. I got the epi and didnt feel a thing altho I did feel the crowning process but didnt hurt excepet 4 on the very top of my vagina. In the end I ended up having 2 get just 1 stich on each inside just below the clit but they hurt sooooo bad I cant stand it! My doc said it's not infected and looks great and gives me norco 4 the pain but it doesn't help at all and I dont want 2 take it bc I read online that it get in the breast milk and I breast feed exclusively. On top of that I got the epi and my back is constantly killing me and my nipples are soooo painful and burn and even looks like they bleed. Is there anything that I can take 2 stop all this pain that wont effect my baby or at least dull it a bit. I have asked my doc but all she's giving me is motrin and that doesnt help either. Thanks.
