How do you get rid of a nest of wasp inside of your mailbox?

Once upon at time many many years ago I worked on a horse farm where I was sting many a time by paper wasps and the occasionaly mud daubber. My boss had was spray. Cool stuff it shot 30 feet or so. I suggest to you that spray because I had to destroy nests that I would find. The spray is powerful enough that you can spray from a distance it won't kill them on contact I don't think any insecticide can to that. But the zone you'll be in is safe. And yes it'll kill the wasps.
