I am about 5'3 almost 5'4 & I weigh about 108 107 . I am VERY flexible I can do my scale . straight leg scorpion heel stretch & bow & arrow . my balance is pretty good but I could get it to be a little better , so I was wonder if anyone could help me to get my balance better . oh & btw I tried out for my high school team & I flew & my stunt group did a full & I made it . so is it ok if I'm a flyer ? or am I to heavy..
