Can anyone help me with my labor fears?

I'm 32 years old and 29 weeks pregnant. I want a baby, which is why my husband and I planned to get pregnant, but what I don't like is the thought of labor (or a C-section). I might possibly have to have a C-section because the baby is breech, although it's still early yet. Either way, though, whether I have a C-section or a vaginal delivery, I'm scared out of my mind. I'm absolutely terrified! I'm trying to meditate and not get too worked up about it, but I can't help it. My main fear is nausea, as I'm prone to nausea from pain medication (narcotics). I know they have drugs they can give you, such as Zofran, but what if it doesn't work? My other fear of course is pain, and my third fear is if I feel really weak and faint. I'm someone who needs to eat regularly in order to have enough energy; otherwise, I get symptoms of hypoglycemia (even though my blood sugar tests are fine, I still get those symptoms). I'd like to note that I don't want to have a natural birth, so I won’t be able to eat while in labor (at least at the hospital). Whether I have a C-section or a vaginal delivery, I'd like an epidural. The last fear I have is that the epidural won't work. (I had an epidural for cancer surgery years ago, and the epi didn't work.) I know every labor/delivery is different for every woman, but I was wondering if any ladies out there who have already given birth (and/or had a C-section) can offer me some encouraging words?
